PAYMENT A non-refundable booking fee equal to 25% of the total amount of the agreed upon rental fee is due upon signing this contract. The remaining amount of the agreed upon rental fee is due 30 days prior to the date of the client’s special event.
If payment is not received by one month prior to your event we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Please note that your booking fee will not be reimbursed.
We do not secure your date on our calendar until the booking feet is received. If your wedding is canceled or the date changes please note that we will be unable to refund any booking fees. Date changes should be brought to our attention as soon as possible, so we can try to accommodate you, however if that day is already booked with another client we may be unable to service your event and your booking fee will not reimbursed.
PHOTO BOOTH REQUIRMENTS Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the photobooth at event’s venue. The photobooth requires 7’ width x 8’ length by 8’ height. A standard wall receptacle capable of delivering 12Amps is required to operate the Photo Booth. Please note that if your event is outside you must provide shelter for the booth from wind and rain.
OPERATION In the event of a mechanical failure or, if for any other reason Eastern Ontario Photo Booth Rental is unable to operate during part or all of the time contracted for your event the amount charged will be prorated and or reimbursed to you accordingly. The maximum liability held by Eastern Ontario Photo Booth Rental is to be the return of any payments received for that event. Eastern Ontario Photo Booth Rental will not be held liable under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other theory for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including without limitation, damages for lost profits or increased expenses) with respect to any claim arising from or related in any way to this agreement, the subject matter of this agreement, the services provided under this agreement, or the property where these services are being performed.
WAIVER OF LIABILITY: CLIENT hereby agrees to everything stated above. CLIENT also agrees to exempt, release, and hold harmless Eastern Ontario Photo Booth Rental from any claims, actions, suits, costs, damages or liabilities including but not limited to liability for personal injury of any person at the event, property damage, and/or wrongful death, including if caused by negligence on the part of Eastern Ontario Photo Booth Rental or any of its agents, owners and/or employees.
